Thanks!

We will discuss how we help researchers, teachers, and learners communicate about their work using multimedia technologies. Through media such as images, audio, and video, users can document projects, report results, and create narratives. Delivery options include online via websites, blogs, podcasts, and YouTube videos as well as more traditional methods such as publications, posters or PowerPoint presentations. We will also discuss how librarians can serve effectively as multimedia project facilitators and collaborators. Participants will view and discuss examples and brainstorm ways to develop similar models for their own environments. Topics to be covered include: • Promoting the service • Facilitating collaborations • Integrating instruction into courses • Brainstorming and defining projects • Consulting in effective selection and use of hardware and software • Providing design expertise • Exploring and referring to other campus resources

Thanks!

Thanks, everyone, for participating and cheering us on for our first Elluminate experience. You made it easy! URL's from the session PowerPoint presentation and from the chat box are now posted on this discussion forum. If you have other good resources to add, please do!
